What are lenses?
Lenses are what they call pages on Squidoo. It's very easy to create them, and a lot of fun too doing the research and putting them together.

As a fellow Squidoo member I haven't made much money on it, but I do find it addictive. There seems to be more of a closeness with the social network community it offers. I haven’t started a Hub page yet. But I have one Ezine article

I like both Hubpages and Squidoo for different reasons. They lend themselves to different formats and styles.
I like them both due to google liking them both. But my heart is wit squidoo.

I like both, however I am finding it easier to get hubs onto Yahoo and even sometimes on Google. That is my personal experience and it is not probably that way for everyone.
Two advantages to Hubpages. 1 you have a broken link checker. 2. you have keywords supplied by Hubpages. That is so very helpful.
Squidoo is a great place, and Hubbers should consider adding it to their "arsenal" whether their goal is to promote something, teach, or simply get the word out about a cause. Squidoo plus HubPages equals a powerful internet presence!
I love Squidoo too! I just joined in March and I made my first sale the other day. Very exciting! Originally I was just using it as a tool and an authority link to my main site but it's taking on a life of it's own for me. Great Hub! I'm new to hubpages too and I'm not really sure if works the same way as the Squidoo community? I will have to invest some more time here for sure.

Very nice hub, I love Squidoo as well. I only have one lens at the moment, but it has been a blast creating, tweaking and making it my own. I hope to create some more soon, I almost like it better than hubs, but we will see if I can do both :-).
